  We were told to just CLEAN with bleach. Well we all know that bleach doesn't KILL mould, it just whitens it.

  It wasn't until 2016 after constantly complaining & handing the real estate a breach that they actually sent someone out.

  After much complaining they had the owner also have a look. He wasn't any better. As far as he was concerned the air con had been cleaned & he definitely wasn't going to replace it. Conversations got a bit heated between the owner & I. I told him that I wanted to be re-imbursed for my medical expenses & my personal loss & that the problem had not been rectified.

  I had a BIG mould problem with my air con, kitchen cupboard, walls etc You couldn't place anything in the cupboard as what ever you had in there stunk of mould. I took out some glasses that I had in a small box & showed the property manager on one of her visits. All you could see was the mould growing on them. I've had to throw out furniture, clothes, books & craft work. Thousands of dollars worth because of this issue.
