  Calanna at Sugarworld Shopping Centre is not the closest chemist to me, but I gladly drive an extra 15 minutes! Every time I shop there, the staff is always very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They truly care about the customers and they always offer the products that best suit the needs rather than just trying to make a sale. Sometimes I haven't been able to find something and after leaving my number, I have always been contacted when item was back in stock or they ordered it for me. Top points for customer service, that's for sure! Also they have an efficient rewards scheme, which actually takes dollars off your shop after accumulating a certain number of points/dollars. Highly recommended!

  I was waiting for service for 10min they kept serving other people coming in after me. They never said anything such as "won't be long" or "SORRY'. I won't go back there anymore. Their pharmacists are good but girls aren't.

  Always excellent service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that take time to understand your requirements. Little things like asking if a family member has gotten better etc.

  Generally going into a pharmacy is not in the best of states usually because of being sick, needing prescription or medical advice. Going into Calhanna I always leave with a smile even on the worst of days. The staff there are especially lovely and so above and beyond helpful all the time. It is always a nice feeling to be remembered and Luke, Kelly and Kellie make a point to stay caught up in what is going on with each time I see them. I am so glad to live so close by to what I feel is the best chemist I have ever been in! Even if we were to move I would likely drive the extra way just to see them and have a great service and a laugh!
