  Took car here to get new wheels on new rims. Quoted $120, plans changed due to the new rims not fitting correctly that involved just changing 4 tyres. charged $200 for this (less work trying to say what he did do was worth $240). Then tried scare tactics for me to bring the car in for a service. The mechanic on duty at the time was worse. tried to talk to them and just got a completely arrogant attitude. after the wheel change they held one of my tyres for 2 days while they fixed a supposed hole for and additional $15, but never showed me the hole.

  owner overcharged us.. quoted $140 then said $160 for a wheel alignment that was worst after he did it. he swears loudly (17 times the f word 3 different phone calls) while on the phone while we waited in the waiting room.took car to another wheel place for the alignment and cost us $65 and was perfect. if your reading this mate, do your job properly and if you cant, get rid of your ultratune franchise..!! PERIOD..!! anyone else reading this go elsewhere...PERIOD..!!

  only went here rather than Beaurepaires cause they quoted cheaper.... please do not make the same mistake.

  They were awesome! Karen was so lovely to talk to, plus she gave us a ride to the local shopping center while we waited for our van. And to top it all off, the following day we couldn't find our camera so we called their sister shop (they were closed) to get in touch with them to see if we left it in the car. On their day off, they drove to the shop, found the camera and met us to return it.Great communication and great service!
